The most fantastic dish of the week  is a gorgeous, delicious and healthy salad. It can make you loose weight, detox...and you will feel great!


The easiest way to start is mixing in 1/2 red pimento, half an onion diced very little with 2 green onions , 1 shallot and 1 clove garlic finely minced, add about 1/2 cup of extra virgen olive oil, 1/4 cup of white vinegar, 1 teaspoon of honey and 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard, salt and ground black pepper to taste. Then put the lid to the jar and shake to combine all the ingredients and voila....

Chop some greens and fruits like Oranges, or Tangerines and add the Vinaigrette
