What a beautiful way to decorate your Thanksgiving dinner table.  All you need to do is grab few delicious fruits and peel some vegetables, and with toothpicks attach it to a big Pumpkin! 

Healthy Choice: My Mother's Vinaigrette

The most fantastic dish of the week  is a gorgeous, delicious and healthy salad. It can make you loose weight, detox...and you will feel great!


The easiest way to start is mixing in 1/2 red pimento, half an onion diced very little with 2 green onions , 1 shallot and 1 clove garlic finely minced, add about 1/2 cup of extra virgen olive oil, 1/4 cup of white vinegar, 1 teaspoon of honey and 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard, salt and ground black pepper to taste. Then put the lid to the jar and shake to combine all the ingredients and voila....

Chop some greens and fruits like Oranges, or Tangerines and add the Vinaigrette

Cut in very  little dices half yellow onion and stir fry with a 2  spoons full  of butter till is soft,

Then add flour enough to pick up all the butter (2 spoons full)

While whisking constantly  add 3 cups of whole milk, till it boils, season with salt, a teaspoon of mustard and a little bit of Worcestershire and voila.

After it boils it won't thick anymore... You can add some mozzarella cheese and use it as the cream for a Lasagna... You can add Curry and Chicken and have another fabulous dish. Or you mix in grated Gouda cheese and cooked and diced chicken and wrap it with a Creps and you will have a delicious dinner!
